The Culinary Conspiracy is where concepts are developed, tested, and brought to life.
The Culinary Conspiracy was built in West Texas by Kevin and Michelle Pedroza — a collaboration rooted in both craft and experience.
The two met at Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, where Kevin trained in Culinary Arts and Michelle studied Hospitality. Their paths took different directions — Kevin developing a foundation in classical technique, and Michelle building her understanding of guest experience through the travel industry — but always with the same goal in mind.
What started as an idea has grown into something more: a space to create, test, and bring new concepts to life.
The Culinary Conspiracy operates out of Pedroza’s, using the space as a foundation to experiment, refine, and evolve. With a history already built there, it serves as the starting point for what comes next.
We’re grateful for the continued opportunity to use Pedroza’s as a launching point — building forward while staying connected to where it all began.

Our cuisine isn’t defined by a single style — and that’s intentional.
Every concept that comes out of The Culinary Conspiracy is built with its own identity, its own direction, and its own purpose. While the approach may change, the foundation remains the same: thoughtful execution, bold flavors, and a respect for the ingredients.
You’ll find subtle nods to our West Texas roots throughout, along with influences shaped by experience, technique, and background.

A new concept is taking shape.
The Culinary Conspiracy operates as a pop-up experience, taking place select Sundays each month.
We will be open 2–3 Sundays monthly from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with each service offering a limited, evolving menu.
Reservations are welcomed but not required. Walk-ins are always encouraged, but availability may be limited.
Each pop-up is temporary. Each menu is intentional. No two experiences are exactly the same.
